  • We highly recommend booking our services as early as possible to secure your desired date/time, especially during peak seasons and holidays. While we are often booked up to 2 months in advance, we're always happy to accommodate last-minute bookings if availability permits.

  • We provide most of our services in Toronto, Durham, and the GTA.

  • Yes! Our artists can travel across Ontario and beyond for your special event. We will require a minimum 2-hour booking and a nominal fee may be added to cover travel costs.

  • We accept the following methods of payment:

    *Cash

    *Debit/Credit via Square (a nominal admin. fee applies)

  • Yes, we require a $50 deposit to secure your birthday bookings and a $75 deposit to secure corporate or community events. Deposits are sent via e-transfer to confirm and ensure availability for your specific date and time. Once received we will confirm with you via email/text as preferred. The balance is due on the day of your event. We'll provide all the details when you book with us.

  • Our professional artists have many years of experience and create an extensive list of designs suitable for all ages. Designs range from superheroes and beloved characters to animals, delicate butterflies, and enchanting unicorns. Rest assured, we'll have something to delight everyone at your event. We are also happy to create a few custom designs to match your event’s theme or choose designs to match a specific colour scheme. The sky’s the limit & we love bringing your ideas to life.

  • Our face painting and balloon twisting services are suitable for all ages, from 2 years to adults. We will customize our designs to suit the age group of your guests and your preferences.

  • We are happy to stay longer IF we have the time available. Costs will be added accordingly based on the extra time. We do, however, recommend booking a generous amount of time for your event as our artists may need to leave at the scheduled time to accommodate the next booked event. Our events are often booked back-to-back. The only way to ensure you have enough time, is to reserve it. Contact Us with any specific questions regarding timing. We are aways happy to help you make your planning effortless and stress-free.

  • Yes, we use only high-quality, professional, and non-toxic paints/glitters made specifically for use on the face & body. Our paints are FDA-approved, water-based, hypoallergenic, and easily removed. Our professional-quality balloons are made from natural rubber latex (NRL) which is organic, biodegradable, and sourced from sustainably managed farms. The safety of all participants is always our priority.

  • Our paints are easily removed with warm, soapy water and a clean cloth or paper towel. Baby wipes can also come in handy. Our glitter tattoos can be removed with olive oil, coconut oil, or your choice of lotion.
